If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged the cost of the session. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late or do not attend your appointment without notifying the practice, you will be charged the cost of the session.

For further information or to discuss your specific situation, please contact the practice.

Telehealth assessments may be offered in exceptional circumstances. Similar to home visits, certain assessments may be impractical to complete via telehealth due to the nature of the testing and the need for specific materials. Please contact the practice for more information.
